These are our Terms and Conditions. They were revised on 16th January 2015. We would ask that you please read carefully.

Please be aware. If you visit, or use PlanR you must accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms and conditions will be updated from time to time. Each time they have been amended, you will have to log on and accept the most recent updated terms and conditions. The date that these terms and conditions were last updated shall be indicated on the Terms and Conditions page of the website and acceptance of it is mandatory.

NEW USERS:

Carefully read these terms and conditions before registering with The PlanR service. Once registered with PlanR, it is an acknowledgement that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not register with The PlanR service.

DEFINITIONS

“PlanR” and "The PlanR service" is a service provided by O’Neill Amarach Consultants Limited T/A PlanR and T/A Amárach Research.

"PlanR account" means any account issued to the User by Amárach Research.

"Terms" means the terms and conditions set out in this agreement governing the provision and use of the PlanR service.

"User" means the individual, company or organisation that is using PlanR.

"Login Details" means the username and password provided to the User to access the PlanR dashboard and website.

"The PlanR service" means the PlanR dashboard service or any other derivatives.

"Database" means the data content and software on the PlanR website.

 

TERMS OF USAGE

PlanR agrees to allow the User to access the information contained on this website. This information is received from a variety of sources, which includes proprietary data from Amárach Research and other sources such as the CSO. All usage is therefore governed in turn by those organisations Terms and Conditions of trading, which you are also agreeing to be bound by.

 

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you register with PlanR you are opting in to receive communications from us electronically usually by email. You may opt out at any time. From time to time we will send you update notices about changes to the PlanR service, site amendments and additional services. We communicate with you the User in two ways, by either e-mail or by posting notices on the site.

In using or visiting PlanR you are agreeing that all notices, and communications that we provide to you electronically or otherwise, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Users should be aware that unprotected e-mail communication via the Internet is not secure and it is subject to possible interception, loss or alteration. PlanR is not responsible for and will not be liable to the User or anyone else for any damages in connection with any email sent by the User to PlanR or an e-mail by PlanR to the User or anyone else at the Users request.

PlanR shall not be responsible for the consequences of any errors or omissions in the information held on its Database.

USER OBLIGATIONS

Log in passwords are personal to the User and should not be shared with third parties. The User is responsible for the safekeeping of their password. PlanR are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by a User as a result of other parties accessing the website using their passwords. Both companies will be indemnified against any loss incurred by them as a result of such use.

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited or otherwise exploited for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without the express written permission of Amárach Research. You may not frame or utilize any framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information from PlanR without our express written permission. Nor may you facilitate a third party to do so.

The User acknowledges that PlanR reserves the right to suspend, limit or deny access to the PlanR website in part or in full, to individual user accounts.

USER RESTRICTIONS

Access to the Logged-In section of this site is provided on a manual individual basis. The use of automated processes to login, query the database, return results, view or download data or access any logged-in portions of the website is strictly prohibited.

The re-sale of content from PlanR is strictly prohibited. All information obtained from the logged in sections of PlanR should be treated as private and confidential and use of all such information should be as an end-user only, for your own private use or for the internal purposes or benefit of your business alone.

 

 

LINKS AND ADVERTISEMENTS

Links to or from web sites and resources may be provided on our site. These links are provided solely as a convenience to the User of this site and not as an endorsement of the contents of such third-party sites. We suggest you read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of these websites before using or visiting them. No responsibility will be accepted by PlanR for the service or advertisement placed or provided through our website.

FEES & REFUNDS

PlanR reserve the right to charge a fee and such fees may be amended from time to time. Users will be notified one month in advance of any fee increase through site notices and emails.

After completing your trial period you payment method will be charge according to the plan you have selected as part of your signup. You agree to be liable for and to pay all charges arising out of using our service.

We express our rates exclusive of any taxes that are or may become applicable (such as VAT).

Payments are accepted online through debit/credit cards through stripe.com.

RENEWALS

We will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to The PlanR service, however, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility for any liability or any interruption or delay.

GENERAL

Use of PlanR shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law on Contracts for the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services. If any provision of these terms and conditions of use is declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the license and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
